If your TOI membership is under auto-recurring, it will be renewed automatically. Alternatively, you can easily renew your TOI membership by opening the TOI app, going to Settings from the home page, selecting My Subscriptions, and renewing the plan. If the membership was purchased via the Play Store or App Store, it must be renewed through the respective Play Store or App Store subscription settings.
